EBN Movie #8 Review "King of the Ville"
Written by Crystal Walker
The rules of the game
have definitely changed when it comes to Wesly Mitchell’s, “King of The Ville:
Cashville Killers”. This movie shows people out to get it by any means, to have
the streets on lock, and dare anyone stand in their way. With plenty of twists,
turns, and of course mayhem this movie has a way to stand out.
Rob Dee plays,
Trigger, a hard head boss of his organization. Who, lets just say, bring
crossing the line, to a new element. His organization involves a crew that
brings pain to a new pinnacle. Including, Midnite, who plays Mustafa and Tank
the Heat Totta, who plays Baby Face. These men and their way of making a
statement is all the way extended and cut throat. Also in the mix is Nashville’s
finest Tamara Mckissack, who plays Kishia. Now Kisha’s role is more of an eye
opener for those you cross. In the company of her team she shows the streets
how you get what’s yours, and take everything else. The drug game is never all
smiles and good times. Through Wesly’s direction, this movie shows you the dark
side of how relationships build as well as fall over money, jealousy, along
with greed. Now once a certain
individual from out of town hit the streets of Nashville, with some promising
things. Trigger and Kishia both began to think the same thing. Never knowing
who’s really loyal in the drug game can easily break an empire and downfall.
But dare to cross or disrespect any one of these Cashville Killers then you
must be ready at all times- because they’re coming.
This movie is
completely what you would want if you dare to see the live action behind the
façade of the drug game. Many will dare to question, but most will give
respect. Bringing you music by Andra Beats Almighty, it brings the perfect
finesse to the movie’s soundtrack.
